However, since you stated that its located off of the coast and based on the square footage I'd put it at $35,000,000 competitively.
Yet, you did state that its only a 4 + 7 bedroom house. So most likely it isn't 100,000 square feet.
If its really 10,000 square feet then it would be worth in the range of $1,500,000-$2,350,000.
If its really 1,000 square feet then all of those bedrooms must be really small, which I doubt. The value range of the house would be $125,000-$250,000 competitively in the market today. Based on the information you provided I would say somewhere in the higher range.
